Plus $1000 Damage Deposit required for all events 60 days before your event.

Up to 12 hour rental period. Includes upstairs club house with chandeliers, decor, views of the Malibu coastline, banquet area, deck, gourmet kitchen and private brides parlor. Security, Tables/Chairs and required cleaning and 7 parking spots inside venue.

Additional Hours prior to contracted 12 hours may be added for $70.00/hour

If needed, set-up & Breakdown of Tables & Chairs for Ceremony & Reception $200

50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve date, balance due 60 days prior to event
