Up to 12 hour rental period. Includes upstairs club house with chandeliers, decor, views of the Malibu coastline, banquet area, deck, gourmet kitchen and private brides parlor. Security, Tables/Chairs and required cleaning and 7 parking spots inside venue. Additional Hours prior to contracted 12 hours may be added for $70.00/hour If needed, set-up & Breakdown of Tables & Chairs for Ceremony & Reception $200 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve date, balance due 60 days prior to event |
